Refund Policy

At LumiSkin™, your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions for orders placed on lumiskinderm.com.

Deadlines

Satisfaction (right of withdrawal): up to 7 calendar days from delivery.
Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from delivery.
Visible damage upon delivery: notify within 24 hours of receipt and include clear photos or a video showing the product and outer packaging with the shipping label visible. After this period, damage may be considered the result of improper handling.
Optional extension by request: if you prefer to extend the manufacturing-defect warranty to 90 days, contact us and we will update this policy accordingly.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, clean, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
Returns are not accepted if the item has been altered or modified in any way (for example, unauthorized adjustments, repairs, or structural changes).
After receiving and inspecting the product, you may choose between:

  • An exchange for another available item, or
  • A refund for the product value.
    Shipping costs are non-refundable when the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.

How to Start a Return

Email soporte.promocito@gmail.com including your order number, full name, and the reason for your request.
Attach clear photos or a short video (up to 1 minute) showing the issue and the original packaging with the shipping label visible.
You will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address or a return label/code when applicable.
Once the item is received, our team will perform a quality inspection and notify you of the outcome (exchange or refund).

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the product passes inspection.
Credit card refunds may take up to two subsequent billing statements to appear, depending on the card issuer.
Processing times may vary based on the payment gateway and financial institution.

Warranty

All products include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date, unless an extension to 90 days has been agreed upon.
To activate the warranty, customers must send a short video (up to 1 minute) or photos clearly showing the defect, along with the original packaging (shipping label visible).

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Cosmetic wear or damage after purchase (such as scratches, dents, or marks).
  • Damage caused by liquids, moisture, chemicals, or solvents not consistent with normal use.
  • Misuse or improper handling, including extreme adjustments, torsion, exposure to high temperatures, or abrasive cleaning.
  • Unauthorized repairs or component changes by third parties.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Any stress or resistance tests not recommended by LumiSkin™.
