How do I place an order?
Go to lumiskinderm.com, click Buy Now, fill in your details, and complete the payment through our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store?
No. LumiSkin™ operates exclusively online and sells only through lumiskinderm.com.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to most countries in the Americas, Europe, and other international regions. The available shipping options will appear automatically at checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
A tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as PayPal and Shop Pay. On compatible devices, you may also use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I pay in cash or on delivery?
Not at this time. All payments are securely processed online using the methods listed above.
Can I change my order or address?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been processed.
If you need to correct your address or cancel your order, please contact soporte.promocito@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
Can I buy more than one item?
Yes. You can select the desired quantity directly at checkout. If you wish to add more products or take advantage of another promotion after completing your order, simply place a new order.
Where do products ship from?
We work with logistics centers located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to ensure faster processing.
I only received part of my order. Is that normal?
Yes. When purchasing multiple products, your items may be shipped separately. You will receive a unique tracking code for each shipment.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
Returns for withdrawal are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects are covered for up to 30 days after receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable when the delivered item matches the order.

What if my delivery is delayed?
Check your tracking status online. If the delivery exceeds the estimated window of 5 to 12 business days, contact us, and we will follow up directly with the carrier.
